Rowell’s career began in 2011 as a sport scientist at Melbourne Victory, where she pursued her PhD while embedded as a researcher. After a stint in Major League Soccer with Seattle Sounders, she returned to Australia to take sports science roles with the Western Bulldogs and Adelaide FC in the AFL. Her experience in high-performance environments has positioned her as a key addition to Liverpool’s technical team.
The former PhD candidate from Victoria University will focus on data-driven analysis to enhance player performance.
