Liverpool F.C. Has launched a new museum exhibition at Anfield celebrating Ian Rush, the club's all-time leading goalscorer with 346 goals in 660 appearances. The immersive experience, titled 'All You Need Is Rush,' traces his journey from a young footballer in North Wales to a legendary No.9.
The exhibition features a life-size hologram of Rush, which glitches between his past and present self. Visitors can see his European and English First Division Golden Boot awards, all 16 of his Liverpool hat-trick match balls, and three match-worn FA Cup final shirts from the club's victories in 1986, 1989, and 1992.
Rush's legacy is deeply intertwined with the club's history, having won five league titles, two European Cups, three FA Cups, and five League Cups. He took third place in the recent Greatest vote, behind only Sir Kenny Dalglish and Steven Gerrard. The exhibition reflects the club's commitment to honoring its iconic former players while engaging fans with its rich heritage.
