Liverpool FC and Adidas have launched a new SPZL F.C. capsule collection, blending the club's identity with lifestyle-focused football fashion. The range, available now, includes apparel and the Kirkdale II trainer, a soft grey reimagining of a classic design originally named after a Liverpool district.

Curated by Gary Aspden, the collection features a clean dove grey and red colour palette. A red short-sleeved jersey with a classic V-neck, shoulder stripes and the Liver bird sits at its heart. The range also includes grey trackwear and a long-sleeve polo shirt with red three-stripe detailing and co-branded LFC and Adidas SPZL F.C. elements.

Campaign faces and city connection

Men's first-team player Florian Wirtz, women's first-team player Fuka Nagano and club legend Steve McManaman front the campaign, which was shot at Anfield. "I'm proud to represent Liverpool FC and adidas in this special collection," said Wirtz. Nagano added, "This collection truly captures the spirit of the club and the game."

The Kirkdale II trainer, a key piece, celebrates the shoe's historic connection to the city. Its design incorporates LFC detailing, linking the club's present to a sought-after piece of Adidas history.

Broader project and fan access

Liverpool is one of three Adidas Football-sponsored clubs to receive its own capsule through the SPZL F.C. platform. The project, spearheaded by Aspden since 2024, aims to celebrate football's cultural influence beyond the pitch.

Supporters can shop the full Fall/Winter 2026 collection on Liverpool's new global ecommerce platform, via the LFC Store app, and in official stores. The launch of the enhanced digital store is part of the club's wider transformation, offering a faster, more personalised shopping experience.

On-pitch context for the launch

The collection arrives as the first team prepares for a key Premier League fixture. Liverpool, sitting sixth in the standings with nine points from five games, host league leaders Manchester City this weekend. The team's recent form has been mixed, with two wins, three draws, and a goal difference of plus three. The launch ties off-pitch style to on-pitch ambition ahead of the marquee Anfield clash, a fixture fans can find on the club's official fixtures list. With several players currently listed on the injuries page, the squad's depth will be tested in this key match.
