Arsenal secured the signing of defender Ezri Konsa from Aston Villa for £55 million, with the player expected to wear the number 15 shirt. Manchester United completed a deal for Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba, agreeing on a fee of £65 million plus £5 million in add‑ons and a sell‑on clause.
