In defence, centre-back Jeremy Jacquet joined from Rennes for £60 million at the start of July, while Barcelona's Ronald Araujo was brought in on loan for cover. The club also invested £30 million in young goalkeeper Lucca Brughmans, who will remain on loan at Genk.
